Koa you’re welcome to surf and film here as often as you like mate 👍 My family and I have been surfing the area for 4 generations. We have been in the surfboard industry since 1959 and respect everyone’s right to enjoy the surfing lifestyle. I’m your dad’s age with a couple of sons about your age. First paddled out there in the late 70’s with my old man who’s been surfing there from the 60’s. It may only break a handful of times a year but has been filmed and appeared in magazines for decades. And yes at times described as a ‘secret spot’ but completely accessible by Aussie standards. I have no idea who wrote that disrespectful sign but obviously they have no idea what surfing means. Natures waves are free for everyone and there’s no such thing as filming restrictions in nature.

Well their parents moved from mainland USA. They ain't Hawaiian.
