I can attest to this, got a wig that was meant for my birthday, it wasn’t anywhere near what I ordered so I tried to return it. They didn’t answer the email until I messaged them on instagram about it. They offered me compensation but never went through with it so I contacted my bank. A shame cause they’re 613 bundles, In my opinion, we’re really good but the wig was absolutely trash. From the length, the density and the cap construction. I’ll never delete the photos I took of it cause of the audacity they had to send out that wig.

I'm a year late. But I wished I saw this video before ordering from them. They took my money and also the wig that I ordered. I did send the wig back to them I'm still waiting for my refund. So they have the wig and my money.

Thank you for your honesty on all these companies who promote false advertising & scammers . I’ve had many issues with several companies. I have Alopecia so this is very disappointing
