What a bargain. My mate once contacted me, on a Friday he bought two good to go from Greggs, for £2.35, and they gave him two bags, he asked if he could drop one off for me. It lasted me all weekend, I threw the sweet stuff away, I am not into sweet. I then got the app for myself. Great review mate, the two darker sausages for me, I prefer them that colour. Have a great weekend buddy.

£2.79!?! I need to find one of these! That is crazy value! The bacon did not look good, it was too fatty for me. But for £2.79, no one can complain at that. All those sausages, hash browns, baked beans and mushrooms. Amazing! 10/10 for value.

Yeah but next one might be just twelve hard fried eggs cos that all that left and you gotta go pick them up ....did a carvery couldnt pick up till nine we waited all day to eat and was dried bitsa meat and 16 roasties and soggiest yorki ever hmmmm only good one is gregs your laffing ,,expecting a nice nosh hit miss

Dan and I get Too Good To Go quite often. Occasionally chippy meals but usually the Co-op grocery bags and sometimes Toby. It's such a great way of saving money. 💖

Hi Deano... Recently i watched Greeno's Toby Carvery TGTG Bag from his local Toby Carvery Pub... He got well and truly duped by them pal... He had ordered a regular breakfast option... And a meat-free breakfast option on the TGTG app... But they hadn't saved him his meat-free breakfast option... So he decided to have two of the regular breakfast options instead... And it was absolutely awful... No Bacon in either of them... And the rest was just scraps of dried out food including Yorkshire Pudding... And although they didn't put Bacon in either of his breakfasts... A Toby Carvery staff member however... Was sat happily tucking into a breakfast with four rashers of Bacon on their plate... When there wasn't any Bacon available for paying customers... Who had just ordered two of their Toby Carvery breakfasts... So you were pretty lucky to get five Sausages... And four Bacon rashers like you did... But Greeno also bought himself a TGTG Bag from Morrisons a few days ago... Where he received about fourteen Pork Sausages... And about ten rashers of Bacon in his pal... So i'd be interested in seeing you getting a hot breakfast TGTG Bag Deano... Just to see if you're actually getting something similar pal... Hi Deano, we live very near to each other. I've lived here 34 years now, don't know how I've never seen you? The Nags head used to be my regular local for many years until they ruined it. TBH, that tub full was good value but not particularly appetising. I try to support local small businesses if I can, to that end I use the cafe in the Salendine Shopping Centre. The small breakfast is enough for me and pretty good value, 1 rasher back bacon, 1 sausage, 1 egg, beans, tomatoes, 1 hash brown or mushrooms, slice of toast, tea or coffee, £4.15 eat in. Anyway, keep 'em coming.

@@mynameisGail Hello Gail, I guess we're all different, which is just as well, like I said, you can't argue with the value, but it just looked a bit of a mess to me. 5 sausages, some very well done, some not, some not hot enough, hash browns needing air frying to make them OK, still not impressed. I have eaten at that Toby a few times, and the last time was a complete disaster. It depends where you live as to how good the Toby is, they are very variable, and that one certainly is. I should possibly give it another try, but the last visit has put me well off unfortunately. My wife and I only have state pensions to live on, so cannot afford expensive meals out disasters.

Hi Deano try The Moor Market in Sheffield there's lots of places to try ,Karen's Kitchen does a Breakfast for £4.50 with a Cup of Tea,plus you can have a selection of Meat Pies with Veg and Gravy for £5 all cooked on the premises

Good stuff - like the videos. Our favourite food around here is Mumbai Spice Restaurant and Takeaway just opposite the entrance to Asda Huddersfield at Bradley.

Our deano loves a deal :) looked really good, me and my husband tried their breakfast a while ago, all you can eat I think it was £6.95 each but honestly it was lovely, everything was fresh as it was going so fast we was just waiting until they replenished and then we would grab ours lol, think we had about 3 small plates each plus unlimited tea and coffee, good value and really nice food :)

My local Toby has very much set portions for there TGTG breakfast normally 2 sausage , 2 bacon , 2 hash brown , half a serving spoon of potato hash , mushroom , beans . if youre lucky u get 1 egg sometimes . its a fair deal for what it is , but the quality and freshness can hugely vary in my opinion .

I've just started keeping cutlery in my glovebox mate - and sachets of sauce in the car 😂 You did much better there than I did !!!

😂 We've actually been doing this for many years now Greeno... Salt... Pepper... Vinegar... Tomato Ketchup... And Brown Sauce Sachets... Are all kept in my glove box... As well as Kleenex Pocket Tissues and Wet-Wipes... We also carry a plastic picnic set in the boot of the car... With Plastic Plates... Cutlery... Cups... Inside of it's own Plastic Carry Case... You might not use them very often... But they can be a real Godsend when you're in desperate need pal. 😉👍

Not tried a Toby one- the collection times dont fit well for me. But Too Good To Go is a lottery- different bags from the same place can be completely different. I have had 2 cake and sandwich bags from Morrisons. The first was a small cheese sandwich, a slice of cake and....... 14 nordic yoghurts! (good job I am not bothered by best before dates on yogurts, a yogurt cant read a calandar!) the second was just a sandwich, a big piece of cheesecake and 2 scones. did it meet the value... yes it did so no complants but well different to the first one :)

It didnt look to good to me. The bacon was still trotting round the farm, the mushrooms didnt look cooked at all and everything else looked really dry.

There's no real point in recommending these - or indeed any Too Good to Go bag, as a way to feed the family they're such a massive gamble. The amount you got is not true of many purchases, especially from Toby, so you'd only get enough to share if you got lucky. If not, you're going hungry.

I agree, my local Toby is popular and portion size can vary. Not worth the travel for me, I always go for a local Kristy donut is worth always 6 donuts for £5 something.

@@PotatoPirate123 I wouldn't say its a waste of money even if it's not that good, part of the value is in the mystery, as to what you are going to get. I mean I wouldn't advise relying on it to feed yourself especially as they quite often get cancelled, but for a bit of fun it's 100% worth the price.

I have had both good and bad magic bags from a hole host of companies. The worst l would say are restaurants as there value is based on sitting in and eating the goods there and not on product worth.

I bet you don't delete the app this time , as we know it's hit and miss , normally food that's left at the end of service , Toby carvers can't always get it right on how much to make , the veggie option is the same without the meat content , my daughter gets it regularly.

Remember a few years ago that would have been fed to the pigs 😮.We can't even do that now sadly so probably not fit for human consumption?That Food has been cooked and left under halogen? lights for how long? with every tom,dick and harry sneezing and coughing and egg pressing over it,also probably Luke warm at best,not for me Deano but interesting to watch 👍.
