Distilled water with a pinch of Himalayan salt is the best. Otherwise keep drinking your nasty tap water with fluoride and chlorine you smart boy, not.

You can add a very little amount of Himalayan salt to it if you need the minerals.

@@sadounsales Thanks mate I just bought an Electrolyzer and compared RO water with my tap water. The tap water pretty much went black.. Was TDS a reading of 85.. The RO water had a TDS of 0. That stayed almost clear, a very slight tinge of yellow. I think I will start drinking the RO water with the Himalayan salt.
