I was in a class with this one kid who had always been pretty short, even in highschool he was a few heads shorter than all the guys. Every single class he would bring up his height in some way. At first I felt bad for him since I could tell he was insecure about it, but as time went on it got so annoying when he mentioned his height. No one else cared that much. The world did not revolve around his one insecurity. Luke is right in saying that if you don't bring up an insecurity, most people won't notice. And even if they notice, life goes on. I don't remember that kid as the "short guy" but the "guy who keeps saying he's short."

As a girl a little over 5’9 (176cm) I’d date a guy with your height. A few centimeters shorter doesn’t bother me lol. Tbh I think shorter men have a bigger problem with dating taller girls than the other way around, because tall women make them think they aren’t manly enough. Which isn’t true at all, but I’ve heard it a lot from guys. Some even told me to “sit back down” after I stood up because they felt “too small” next to me 😓 A few years ago I was also insecure about my height, I wanted to be shorter. But like you said at the end of the video, there is no use in always wishing for something that you can’t even change. So I said fuck it and now I’m happy about my height.

Your video is really helping, I'm so insecure about my height, I'm between 5,7-5,8, I don't have that much problem to take things on the shleves, but I have a lot of girl friends that are my height or more, I accepted it but it's kinda embarrassing sometime, especially in this society that glorify tall guys over the short.
