What is the name of those long trees by the fence at the beginning of you video 0.40 minutes?

They are called Ashoka trees (Saraca asoca). Thank you for that question Mo! I had to go ask my Pa because I remembered we used to have them in his family home back in the days! 😊

Nigeria used to build houses like this. I wonder what led to the concrete craze, that we are now reversing.

My friend says they do grow and eat fried plantain there. I am going crazy looking at all these gardens. I must get enough land for a home and a garden when I get there. Can I contact you?

@@NaturalGambiaQuizz... Is the Gambian the only West African Country that doesn't grow or eat plantains?

@@thinkforyourself1116 I'm not sure about that to be honest. I did see a few plantains hung up for sale with some imported fruits like apples and other vegetables. I have asked some citizens here and they said they eat plantains but they are not readily available in the markets. Perhaps I will have to intensify my search and herein lies an opportunity for you? 🙂
