Mad man. Not sure how I feel about restorative justice. It feels to me it’s the victim that has to deal with the trauma and a forgiveness while the perpetrator almost gets to clear their conscience. I don’t know if anyone who’s capable of inflicting those injuries to another is later capable of feeling the full impact of their actions to that victim, no matter how honest the person speaks. But I also notice that perpetrators of these crimes, they don’t usually come from a background geared towards making them an empathetic person. So in that sense, maybe it does have a greater impact of the person causing the damage. Mind field.

I have been watching you and Kevin for a while now and I like to think am good at reading body language and when I see the podcasts and study Kevin there is no doubt in my mind he hates what he did to wull and Kevin I can genuinely say and you can tell me if am wrong but that incident with wull is the most remorseful you have been towards anything in your life mate from the things you have spoke about.i truly believe Kevin battles with the guilt he feels about wull and the speaking is helping both of them heal in there own ways and something else that blows me away is how much wull has come along since meeting Kevin because he looks healthier,he has brightness in his eyes again that twinkle is back,he has colour in his face and he has a smile again which is fantastic and he is cracking the one liners but I love to see wull being on the up and he deserves alot of credit for that because that takes alot of willpower and strength he is a great dude and I wish him all the best for the future and Kevin too because he has a murder charge he shouldn't have because he was fitted up by the cops but his day of victory will come in the end and a tidied amount of compensation my son lol good luck to you both and not forgetting you Liam cause your a top dude as well and you are a great host with a positive influence mate good luck to you too Liam.

Sounds like Will was on the run for years afterwards, in fear that Kev’s associates could come after him any time. So great to see it all cleared up. But the moral is that the punishment administered is never worth it, even to the correct person, because getting it wrong would be devastating - like it was here. Not worth the risk.
