This was a terrible mini set. DK is just another version of buff paladin. Bunch of stats that you can't do anything about, and all the disruption should not be in the game.

23:10 The combo is just Fizzle + Triangulate, to be exact I believe he looped: Far Sight, Raynor, Triangulate, Triangulate, Coin, and Fairy Tail Forest. He did kind of screw himself on draw since Raynor was like the fifth card, so maybe he couldn't keep the hand empty enough. Ideally with these types of loops you want a pretty light hand with stuff like Ceaseless and coins. Dane always optimizes these types decklists really well so I'd recommend checking him out if you're curious!

But yeah. Otherwise I’m super happy with the shakeup. Feels like there’s loads of playable decks that fit everyone’s different tastes. There are literally aggro, temp, control and OtK (Mage and Priest mainly) in the meta and all feel playable.

I assume what happened was there were cards on the left of his hand that weren't useful that kept getting propagated every snapshot until he was only getting the unhelpful cards.

I'm surprised this deck doesn't run Brood Queen; I know it doesn't need more value when it has a lot, but it's one of the only ways to generate more zerg cards (ESPECIALLY the death knight deathrattle that perma-buffs zergs). Just goes to show the deckcrafting finesse required - you don't just add every single card with zerg on it.

His far sight and triangulates were too far left in his hand so every time he played a fizzle spell it added extra clutter until he couldnt get his real cards also he wasnt ending on the snapshot to force an over draw so he was slowly filling up with a bunch of fizzle spells which if the left most card in that isnt something you can dump can really mess you up if the game goes too late

Open a pack from Great Dark Beyond. The latest patch should have added the ability to get him. If you want him golden you can open a golden pack.

problem is without a way to stop fatigue, taking 15 fatigue damage vs a deck that can suddenly do 20+ damage of no where if they didnt draw poorly is an easy way to lose.

@ I just imagine the little drip of card draw per turn wasn't going to ultimately out-pace the dangers of the opponent's deck so doing it early and hoping may have been risky but at least he knew he had time before that possible fast damage came out

I imagine the Shaman had something to do thats why he conceded. Theres no losing position from his hand even if you remove his deck he already has several Ceaseless.

Ceaseless and Raynor were too far right in his Fizzle hand. So every time he played a Snapshot he got Far Sights etc that filled up his hand. And he can’t use them cause he just gets more Snapshots that have more draw. Real fatigue damger.

Protos is pretty strong, play colossus mage or templar rogue. It's fine. I feel like this mini set is superb.

Yeah Colossus mage is pretty fun. Just spam spells and get those 12 cost minions down to like 3 and slap it down for 40 damage to face. I personally have a more control focused mage deck which is definitely not top tier but fun as heck.

Yeah I added the dk tourist so I'd have access to the dk location for extra chip and double the ultralisk if I pop it with him on board.
