The blue plastic thing with a hanger….I had one from the Fuller Brush Co - it was to put moth deterrent in. I had it in my coat closet for years. I’ve also seen a similar thing that was supposed to remove excess humidity.

How could you tell? There are multiple Murano tags, as there are multiple fake murano tags. Even the fake tags will be in Italian.
