He’s hilarious, and everything he said is true. As a California native growing up in this beautiful part of the country there was so much emphasis on eating healthy and exercising regularly. Well, I attended Duke University College in North Carolina and my healthy diet and weight went to shams. It took me 3 years to get back on track living in the South versus California, but I did it. Southern Eating is just so darn good!
