Under Siege is the definitive Steven Seagal movie. He had other hits before that with Above the Law, Hard to Kill, Mark for Death and Out for Justice. Seagal action career didn't start to go on a slow decline until after he directed On Deadly Ground. Eventually, Seagal went from making box office hits with Warner Bros to making these direct-to-video action movies that you see him doing today.

Although we all know the real reason why Seagal always has his hands resting on his belly I heard him try to play it off as he keeps them there because hes always ready to fight & from there he can hit people instead of keeping them at his side

The fun thing is... CARTELS is one of the better horrible Seagal movies. The Blu-ray stand on my shelf. Section... Nah. Not Seagal. Luke Goss. Fun review, good job!
