28:44 The "Moonlit Bamboo Forest" animation is based on books found in the game. It tells the story of a boy from Qingce village who aims to leave but gets lost in the bamboo forest at sundown. In the forest, the boy encounters fox spirits and witnesses the fox bride's procession, a mystical event visible only to children. According to village elders, children who witness this procession must not approach it, or their souls will be taken and used as a cymbal to make music. Despite the warning, the boy approaches the procession and nearly has his soul taken. However, a mysterious woman saves him. He speculates that she may be the White Horse Adeptus. After their meeting, the woman tells the boy stories, including one about the Three Moon Sisters. Legend has it that these sisters would take turns becoming Teyvat's moon and were escorted in a silver carriage. A disaster occurred, presumably killing all the sisters. The moon seen in Teyvat is believed to be the corpse of one sister, while the moon in the Spiral Abyss is of another. The woman at the end is indeed the White Horse Adeptus. Theories suggest she may be the horse that carried the moon sisters' carriage, although this is not clearly stated in the story. For more details, it's recommended to read the book in the game. Also, the animation is created by PASSION PICTURES, a team that has won 3 Academy Awards, 15 Emmys, and 5 BAFTAs. Cécile Corbel, the composer behind this animation, has worked with Studio Ghibli.

I think Bloom is generally balanced by Dendro sans elemental reactions being the weakest element in terms of directly opposing other elements. Geo is very good at breaking down any element, and Anemo might not usually be your top choice but you can field it in almost any situation and know you have an effective offense. While you should always at least be able to find a source of Hydro, Pyro, or Electro in the environment even if neither you nor the opposition are bringing those to the table (Snezhnaya probably excepted along with certain arenas), it's still harder to solo with. Not sure how it works in the context of this story's fictional universe. We're probably assuming Lumine is much better at using other people's specialized weapons than is otherwise the case, and we're definitely assuming a greater range of objectives than just "win the fight, optionally within a limited time". Given that Bloom kind of sucks for controlling exactly where and what it'll hit, it makes sense she's reserving Dendro for a sidearm. (And while we haven't seen any real stealth specialists yet as this was specifically a combat simulation and the last animation like this was arena combat, there are clear cases where you wouldn't want to be going on with a heavy shotgun and riot shield.)
