I suffered for years with trigeminal neuralgia a.k.a The Suicide Disease. I finally found aa doctor who healed me, but my life was a wreck & I still had co-existing depression/anxiety. Oh! Kamya! Panic attacks are horrible! With the patients I've helped & myself, it seems to help if you can do sensory deprivation! Noise cancelling headphones! Close eyes, block ears, even close nostrils! Slow deep breaths! Imagining your happy place. Mine is on the beach! Count to 10, 30, 60, 100. Whatever works for you? Don't understand the science behind this, but, it works! It's like a computer re boot! Maybe, try this to reboot your mind! Hope this helps?

One night I fell asleep at the wheel ( which I thought only happened to idiots) and hit a metal street light and lost my baby girl, she would have been 10 months old in three days, I was in critical condition for a while, GOD gave me two more BEAUTIFUL babies... but it's something a Mom NEVER gets over. Yes it was a hundred lifetimes ago ... but well you know, and honestly Ben is a true Godsend, makes me happy and laugh till my jaws hurt 😂😆🤣😂😆🤣!!! Much love girl, life's too short to be sad all the time, right?!

The guy in the forest sounds like he's from New Zealand, we have heaps of nocturnal birds here and possums so it can get pretty loud at night... honestly it sounds like a possum and a Peacock. So i've seen the Polish one before in another compilation, i think it was BizarreBub (if you haven't checked his stuff out you totally should! They're great) but we didn't get the whole backstory just that the home did belong to a cannibal and was said to be haunted. But one of the most important rules of Ouija boards is to never play with them if you are not fully mentally AND physically healthy, it opens you up for bad energy to get in. That woman could've just been having some kind of episode but i don't believe in coincidences, she wasn't physically healthy and played with a Ouija board. I'm willing to bet there were some other Ouija rules she didn't follow as well which could very well have led to her becoming possessed. Freaky stuff! We went to a haunted place before in Detroit and we were 8 people. Half of us had legal gun's but we couldn't make it 50 ft pass the front door without crazy sounds and animalistic growls. Plus I didn't like it, bc one of my friends is always quick to pull the damn trigger. I do have a "special" gift if that's what you want to call it when something is wrong. I told them let's go before we get more than what we were asking for. They didn't even argue because they were Terrified from the noises already. I do believe a few of us did not leave alone bc 3 of my friends did end up having some weird stuff going on a few days after.
