Oh! Kamya! Panic attacks are horrible! With the patients I've helped & myself, it seems to help if you can do sensory deprivation! Noise cancelling headphones! Close eyes, block ears, even close nostrils! Slow deep breaths! Imagining your happy place. Mine is on the beach! Count to 10, 30, 60, 100. Whatever works for you? Don't understand the science behind this, but, it works! It's like a computer re boot! Maybe, try this to reboot your mind! Hope this helps?

This story was one of the craziest ones I've seen in a while. I downloaded TikTok just to check further into his story and boy oh boy, that's got to be a staged one, OR he got caught by something on the forest. You notice there is a certain style in the way he publishes his posts (he speaks, uses hashtags, all that), dude went missing for some weeks and when he comes back, the style changes subtlely. Crazy is that he even found a pharmaceutical, leather jacket, a hat and a shovel on one of his first missions. And also, there is one clear as day apparition when he was at his house, luring at him from the forest's periphery. Freaky deakey stuffl! I am so intrigued by that case, but there is no other way to find something by that man. Three things never to do at night in the forest: - go there by yourself on a mission to uncover a mystery. - whistle - shout out loud: HEY! OVER HERE! My best wishes to Elijah if that is a real one. Dude definitely got talent for trouble (or for art).

Mexico ghosts have a thing about running on the roof. Up till I was 13 I had to go to Mexico every weekend to visit my grandma and I always heard stories about something running on the roof. When I was 15 or 16 I was sitting in my grandma's room with my 2 sisters and 2 cousins and I heard it clear as day for my fist and only time hearing this noise. I immediately ran outside and and across the alley and turned around ran at my grandma's house ran up the wall and grabbed the roof and did a pull up (all within 8 seconds of hearing it) only to find absolutely nothing. The sound was like someone 2as running from the street side towards the back yard and I looked everywhere. Back yard, roof ,neighbors yard (my grandma and my aunt shared a yard and my uncle had a car shop and I even went to check in there even in the huge hole in the ground where you drive over to get your car worked on (kinda like a backwards lift but cheaper to make a hole instead of a hydrolic lift) and there was nothing. Idk why but Mexican ghosts like to run on roofs.

38:06 old logging areas in the United States would have bells in the Forrest’s where there was work of some kind, either lumber or railway for transporting materials like stone basically any big heavy shit be it materials or equipment. To alert it was coming up or down the mountain theyd ring the bell so people would know ‘hey don’t be on the pathway/downhill/on the laid tracks you’re gonna get squashed.’ Also bells in things like churches schools official buildings and emergency bells they’re rather common.

@@PirjoYli-teevahainen hey sweetie, I suffer from major depression also, and I guess PTSD, back in 1980 I was working two jobs and was in the process of moving from state to state and my husband was in a band and wanted me at the gig's every weekend, I was down to 105 lbs at 5'8 and exhausted . One night I fell asleep at the wheel ( which I thought only happened to idiots) and hit a metal street light and lost my baby girl, she would have been 10 months old in three days, I was in critical condition for a while, GOD gave me two more BEAUTIFUL babies... but it's something a Mom NEVER gets over. Yes it was a hundred lifetimes ago ... but well you know, and honestly Ben is a true Godsend, makes me happy and laugh till my jaws hurt 😂😆🤣😂😆🤣!!! Much love girl, life's too short to be sad all the time, right?!

I have had mental and physical abuse in my life (sorry my bad english) and when I found my husband I was happy and we have beautiful boy and girl. My children does need special care because their health problem. About two years ago I had divorce for many reasons and I am now livin with my two children. The guy in the forest sounds like he's from New Zealand, we have heaps of nocturnal birds here and possums so it can get pretty loud at night... honestly it sounds like a possum and a Peacock. Possums sound like they're from the depths of hell when they're scared. My place is surrounded by bush so I hear them every night. We went to a haunted place before in Detroit and we were 8 people. Half of us had legal gun's but we couldn't make it 50 ft pass the front door without crazy sounds and animalistic growls. Plus I didn't like it, bc one of my friends is always quick to pull the damn trigger. I do have a "special" gift if that's what you want to call it when something is wrong. I told them let's go before we get more than what we were asking for. They didn't even argue because they were Terrified from the noises already. I do believe a few of us did not leave alone bc 3 of my friends did end up having some weird stuff going on a few days after.

Yeah I love that mrballen story! Yeah this girl walks along this river to go to this big lake, thru this forest. But then she starts hearing a bell and turns out it's a guy or some thing that has a bell on its neck so when she's chased out of the forest she can see it chasing her. It's proper freaky deaky.
