I think because a lot of kids play "house" (for example) and if there's no boys to play with, one of the girls will pretend to be the groom if they're playing like they're getting married. It's not uncommon for kids to kiss because that's what they see adults do and they're mimicking the behavior without fully understanding the social meaning of it

Eviction witness story: Was renting a room in a place that rents rooms... got put beside someone who went off their meds and tried to bust in my room. They alleged they "thought I was going to unalive myself" right after they issued a death threat resulting in my locking myself in my room. I was smart enough to record it. So I'm guessing--I haven't tried it--that you would put your chex mix in a sandwich baggie and then roll it / crush it OR run it through a food processor so it's Chex Mix crumbs, and then sprinkle it on top like you would bread crumbs. And that actually sounds pretty tasty and would give the casserole a bit of crunch.
