i think cause in mexico and countries alike, bad guys want to either take your money or kidnap you for ransom, no one really cares about filming unless its a narco which would probably have you killed or hurt you badly to teach you a lesson. in the U.S people film to attack and ruin someones reputation or a business on social media. its a very different lifestyle in countries like these vs the U.S. try recording police overthere and see what happens. this guy even though he meant well, he shouldnt be throwing money like that or atleast be more discreet. could get him in trouble. poverty is so bad in mexico that alot of people will do anything for dollars,. thats alot money there. not a smart thing to do. just saying cause it does happen..🤷‍♂️

@@anakamhi7097 you are kinda right, i lived in mexico as a kid, i live in a border town and go to mexico every now and then for family events, some areas of mexico are worse than others but doesnt change the fact that crime still exists everywhere, and people should practice being safer and discreet, especially in a place where the govt opresses the poor. not everyone is bad but poverty and greed can give someone bad ideas. there is not one place on earth that is free of crime. better to be safe than sorry

I miss Mexico , last summer I spent some time in Guadalajara, jalisco visiting family. And man I loved it street food in every corner , we had the crepas , tacos de carnaza , pozole just down the street. ❤️ .... it’s sucks that here in the US they’re so strict .
