This is my first time seeing and consuming your content. Ma'am you are indeed doing the Lord's work! THIS video is right on time and people need to hear and understand how their temporary emotions can permanently ruin their financial progress and career advancement.

Thank you for stopping by! It took me over a decade to come to that conclusion about it not allowing emotions to rule my career advancement … We have to surrender those emotions to the Lord for spiritual and practical solutions (sometimes He may have us leave a job/industry…but sometimes He may want us to stay to work something in or out of us. During that time, He will give us what/who we need to sustain). 1 Corinthians 10:13 .

Thank you for sharing this video. My husband and I have been through a similar struggle with recent job layoffs. We have been praying if we were where God wanted us to be in our jobs. You think after college everything is all set. And in our 40s, I have found myself asking God where He wants me to be. It's so wonderful to hear someone who prioritizes prayer in decision making.

Praying continued grace and protection over you and your husband as yall navigate y’all’s careers. This career stuff is hard, nothing like they taught us in school… seems like you always have to stay at least 3 steps ahead to protect yourself and even then there’s no job security. We learned a lot in those 2 years, some of what I plan to share on this channel.
