Dave Bearnipples definitely. I PK'd someone for the first time the other day because i was inspired by Torvesta and i found out i love a whole other part of the game i ignored for years. I ended up taking his advice and starting out with basic sets on an f2p server and i'm getting better at it every time i log on.

Veng spam was the meta because you would run out of specs from spamming those, and shark-brewing was kinda expensive, so we just used monkfish. I remember the first time I risked a whip when they hit like 1m. Felt like like a baller

I was telling framed to try this combo with the dragon thrownaxe and he was like no would never work, at least some people know what's good. I'd say explore all the combos but what really would be good is to do this on a low level perhaps a gmauler but use d thrownaxe, and maybe potentially cheese the spec by sitting at 95% spec and specing when its about to regenerate into a gmaul or darkbow. Overall if you're really good id say use it in high risk pking and when your opponent decides to pray melee cause they're about to die just staff spec

Yo torv, it is possible to pull of a spec of d knife or something, then at 95% fight someone, staffspec just a tick before reaching 100 and then gmaul after. This is also possible with dbow-gmaul, takes a bit but would be sick content!
