I went to a Japanese Festival as a tourist! 🍡 | 1.5hr daytrip from Tokyo | japan vlog ep. 13

Girl's trip! Today my friend Yuma and I are headed to the traditional town of Kawagoe, around 1.5hrs out of Tokyo, to attend their annual Kawagoe Festival!
It was my first time experiencing a Japanese festival, and WHAT A DAY. From trying every streetfood-on-a-stick I could get my hands on, to playing festival games (that we definitely didn't have a chance of winning lol iykyk), to witnessing the incredible parade floats fill the Edo-period streets of Kawagoe, I will never forget this day.
If the opportunity to attend a Japanese festival lines up with your travel dates in Japan, I highly recommend you join in the fun - there's nothing like it!

Love your vlog 😊😊❤❤❤ and I have a question, did you only use your iPhone for vlogging? I’d like to see kawagoe as well but I was wondering if vlogging with a phone would be good for the journey 😊❤

Thank you so much!! I use a Canon G7X Mark II camera, only really use my phone if I'm out of battery or it's raining :) But you could definitely do it with a phone!
