This Blizzcon was never going to be good. Blizzard basically fired all their Live Event people during the pandemic as they only had them for Blizzcon and OWL events which both got cancelled in 2020. This year they put this together with a lot of new employees and outside contractors and on a much lower budget than before. With Activision gone there's hope that future Blizzcon's will not only be bigger and better than this one but potentially all past ones.
