Its literally the hakka community. I think lao li is speaking hakka to the goat seller. The chinese have a saying that the puddles between houses are still meaning neighbors keep their distance. Mrs. DU and the children would not be this way if not for these warm people. Lamb meat is considered too strong for pregnant ladies in the South. We have different rules. Seafood is also a no no during this time and after giving birth. Calmer meat like chicken and beef is how we do it.

Probably because goat and sheep in Chinese sound the same. We know the difference. Just like he, she in Chinese would pronounce same “ta” we’d know what we are taking about in a full sentence. Rather than just the word.

They are actually well off, not financially hard.. The remaining goats are worth about $ 50,000 US, which will likely be sold by Chinese nee year. The husband makes another income from his work. So their household income is higher than that of an average western household. The cost of living is apparently much lower in China. They enjoy beautiful sceneries and fresh food of their own

Nice video, thank you! Farming is at a minimum now but you still find interesting content to share. Uncle making sure Felista knows the signs for chicken, sheep and goat. Felista willing to share her purchase with everyone who wanted some. Smart Lao li says why should I buy when I can eat yours?😂😂😂 We see yet another example of a woman taking care of the homestead while her husband is away working. 😊 Everyone does their part. Good thing the goats come back on their own with the herding dog. With Lao li by her side (and Du bin's obvious support), Felista is doing a great job as cultural tourism promotion ambassador for Pingli County. I hope the goats sell quickly during the holiday season. The seller was very accommodating and showed customary Chinese hospitality. Felista gathered another idea for her kitchen.😊 I noticed she was afraid of the big dog like Fei'er was afraid of the baby goat.😟 Felista chasing her dog back home but ready to run from the big dog. Fei'er calling the goats but ready to run from the lamb.😅😅 Lao li call out Phylia (Felista) to the goats at the 7:50 mark but none answered.
