If you ever go back to Phoenix, there’s a place called “Other Mother’s “ , every Saturday morning 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, I-10 and Bell Rd, they put out tons of clothes in front of the store, the sale is called “50 cent sale”, where every item is 50 cents.

The phx bins is very different. Very over populated and the workers give priority and inform locals on what bins have the good stuff. One time I did find a vintage starter suns jacket. Only cost me a dollar or two and sold it for 500.
