I’m a hairstylist and for bleach blondes olaplex is your best friend. Definitely use the 3, they also have styling products I use the shampoo/conditioner and the 6,7 &9. It will help with breakage and I highly recommend regular trims. Also weekly deep treatment💕joico luster lock or defy damage are great leave on 30 minutes with a shower cap on

thing is Julia, the best way for your hair would not to use extensions, but to maybe get a haircut and go some shades darker for a more darker blonde, it would bring back pigment to your hair cause right now your hair is trying to grab as much moisture and oil as it can but there cant be anything due to there not being ANY pigment, and the hair extensions just do more damage than good, you could really freshen up your hair by cutting it maybe to your shoulder or even a paige cut! you wouldnt need to keep it in a bun or anything :) just some suggestions! hope i dont come off as rude!! i know how it feels to have such damaged bleached hair, and trying to hold on to it isnt always the best

To be honest platinum is not flattering on you at all. It's really aging you. Plus if you want platinum hair you have to take proper care of it which you obviously don't. The stylist should recommend cutting damaged ends off (like 10") and conditioning treatments. I'm sure you're not going to properly care for the extensions since you don't care for your straw you call hair

Hey Julia. I think you are amazing and I love your videos and content. But I am a stylist, & I really think you should have your hair professionally lightened. You are correct, platinum blonde hair is very high maintenance but if done properly your hair can be healthy as well. I do recommend a cut for the health of your hair too. Dead ends only GROW up the shaft, causing more obvious severe breakage, & will make a chemical process more detrimental. And maybe the next time you want your roots lightened get them professionally done, so the stylist can determine the tone of developer so you can have consistency all around your head. The platinum is gorgeous on you, but healthy platinum is the goal. 😊😅

Girlfriend, not sure the problem is solved with the extensions…. But it looks great! I would love to see you try on different coloured wigs/hairpieces just to get an idea of what colours best suit your skin tone. I do think you can pull off the platinum. It’s just ridiculously damaging…. Especially if you want it looooong.

Can't recommend olaplex enough, it has saved my bleached hair. I still get breakage but far less than without it.

I'm also lucky that my mums hairdresser buys the salon pack for me (can only be bought by professionals) so I can do a stand alone treatment of no1 and no2 at home which I do about once a month. I also use Aussie SOS shampoo and conditioner and if by feel only you wouldn't know I have bleached hair.

Once I stopped putting my hair I'm buns/ponies as often as I could....it really helped tremendously with breakage. It took awhile to get used to but try doing a loose side braid. I hope this tip helps. You're a beautiful girl who deserves to feel confident about your hair. I'm glad you're transparent with others. We all deal with stuff like this.

The extentions look fabulous!! I'm growing my hair out, maybe I'll get some. I'm a cosmetologist, are you lightening it yourself? If a professional is doing it you should find a new place to go because your hair is so light that yellow or off tones should not be an issue at all. (SHADES EQ) IS WHAT YOU NEED TO USE FOR TONER. It is SO MOISTURIZING!! Also, OLAPLEX! Buy it only from a salon. If not, it's not guaranteed to not be a knock off. And yes, if you don't get some of the dead ends off your hair will just keep splitting up the stand. It will actually grow a lot faster with a bit of a cut. BEEN FRIED, DONE THAT :)

Love your videos Julia 💞 Love you too 💞 And I love your hair 💞 I also love the colour too, however.. your hair is literally burnt to a crisp! Beyond split ends or dry ends, and even tho it’s a fact that split hair don’t stop your hair from actually growing, in reality you will only end up with scraggly ends that leave no quality look to the eye let alone touch. I cannot understand why this hairdresser didn’t encourage you to have a good few inches off? And then add the extensions? Quality hair is far nicer than quantity.. and what is alarming is the breakage of the underneath of your hair 😫😫😫 I am only suggesting here, but if I were you id 💯 have a real good cut.. id purchase the genuine Moroccan oil as it’s absolutely magical for dry damaged hair!! And I would most certainly stop stripping your hair colour and instead, apply a colour to your hair to coat and protect the hair-shaft. At this rate, if you continue this way you’ll have no other option but to do this.. quality hair is everything in a woman.. if you are not happy with going darker? Id 💯 consider a very good salon who will give you a beautiful cut and help you nurture and nourish your hair shaft. I would HATE to see you have weak damaged hair that can cause excessive thinning because you wanted some length today 🙏🏼🙏🏼 I follow a lady on KZbin who is currently wearing full wigs today because she did exactly as you have for more years and her last cut was at a beautiful salon where they had to give her a skin head! Thankfully it’s now in a Bob and the shine and quality is out of this world ❤ It’s grown back curly too some how? We thought she was crazy doing it but she posted the after results and she looks the best she’s ever looked with stunning hair. It is totally pointless applying any good expensive hair products to your hair at the moment because it’s too burnt, so don’t waste your money lol xxx ❤️

Try a lighter purple shampoo, milkshake do a light purple one which should help as it’s not as dark as normal purple shampoo, especially for pourous hair from bleaching , regular trim. Olaplex and hair vitamins. Make sure you use protective spray and hair oil, clip ins are better as you can take them out, try not to tie your hair up all the time that puts pressure on the hair and scalp x

You are a pretty girl, although it’s ironic that you film vids having your makeup done by worst rated people and the way you do your own makeup is not much better… the light pink lips with weird highlighty skin, dark eyeliner in the water line, etc. If you did your makeup better, you’d look stunning. Same goes for the fried hair with mismatched roots, have you considered going brunette for a while to bring your hair back to health? You are not a natural blonde and it definitely shows. You more than likely have low prosperity hair like I do. this is what I had to do to get my hair healthy again 1 only wash your scalp do not put shampoo on the rest of your hair it will clean when it runs down the shower I also use a scalp massager when I’m in the shower be gentle when using 2 Coconut oil hair mask I put it on and put a cap on and sleep in it I also use Mielle oil helps a lot too 3 I found Routine shampoo and conditioner helps me a lot and I don’t condition my scalp it causes build up

It's looks good down, you look lovely! I recommend a good deep conditioning mask treatment, something that isn't keratin, but something with like a jojoba oil and or moraccan oil in it! Leave it on your hair for an hour and rinse most of it out(not all) and your hair won't feel so crispy! I am a professional!
