That’s totally up to you and the job. If you feel you need to switch sizes of the design for larger shirts above XL then do it. Most of the times we run it as the same size unless specifically asked otherwise

Hey what do you mean by thin thread and standard thread is it the mesh count?

The name pretty much gives it away. The thin thread screens have thinner threads on the mesh compared to the standard thread screens. Going back to the side by side look in this video you will see how the thin thread screen on the right has more of a opening for ink to pass thru vs the standard thread which has less of an opening Thin thread has nothing to do with mesh count but more of the mesh it’s self being a thinner thread. Hopefully that makes sense let me know if your still confused!
