Glad the concert helped you heal a bit Sahar. The other week I just about started sobbing during a song that I've heard heaps of times before, so I guess I can't listen to it anymore. Probably a guy thing tbh. Also didn't want to look like I'd been crying when I got to work either lol. So many times I go to a concert and feel like I'm the only one who knows the lyrics, but if I was in the band I'd want people to be singing along, so I do it even if I'm the only one.

What really helped me forgive my ex was writing him a letter on paper (not to send it to him of course) telling him why I was so mad at him and why he hurted me. Before I didn’t want to addmit that I was mad. But I PROMISE after doing that I forgave him. You can burn the letter after 😉❤️‍🔥
