I mean yeah, they get paid to do a good job but in order for them to grow in their profession comes with honesty and pointers in what you want in the look. I am not very educated or big on makeup but I just feel that would be a big necessity.

I had my makeup done before for my quince and my makeup artist asked me what type of skin type i had, what look i wanted, what lashes i wanted, and she told me not to be afraid to tell her if i didn't like something. That first lady definitely didn't do a good job in doing your makeup .... AND with that price that they charged you is really unfair.

The difference in going to a salon versus a free lance MUA is the salons usually carry a certain brand of makeup and that s the only makeup that s available to use so it's not always the best, whereas a free lance MUA has their choice of makeup brands and can basically pick and choose the best of everything for a perfect makeup look. Your makeup looked so good going to the best reviewed though!!
