hi, psych major here! at the part of the video where kaif is talking about sleep and cerebral spinal fluid, that is correct! cpf does in a way clean your brain, and poor sleep is believed to play a part in dementia, because cpf is helping to remove waste from your brain, and that fluid can only do its job when you are sleeping.

@@angramainyu4599 So cerebral spinal fluid is a fun little thing, it has 3 functions that it preforms: it delivers nutrients, acts as waste removal, and provides protection. It helps cushion your brain and spine by acting as a shock absorber and provides buoyancy to help lighten the weight of the brain, and when youre asleep, csf floods the brain and works to remove toxic proteins that cause memory impairment. csf is produced by the choroid plexus, which is located basically in the thing that covers and protects your central nervous system in your brain. this liquid works double time to make sure the brain is healthy and protected!
