The best part of that Psalm might actually be, imo, that David wrote that while Saul was going after him with the intent to kill him. Like, David is obviously shook by that, and full of anxiety because of it, but in the end he says that verse. That shows a whole lot of trust, but also that God gave him peace there, to be able to sleep.

I woke up this morning and thoughts of worry and anxiety came into my head because I've got three big assignments due in the next few weeks and I still haven't done everything that must be done in preparation because I've been so busy 🤦🏾‍♀️ This verse was like my "go to" verse during my first and second year of university, and I'm grateful that you've brought it back to my memory! There is no profit in worrying about things that are in the Father's hands. I just need to keep my mind fixed on Him and continue trusting more and more in Him 👏🏾❤️

Love this. Been having issues of sleeping, awake at night, sleeping in the day. Only 3 hours at a time. This is calming JESUS music, and many i know. Helps in calming my soul to relaxation so i can drift off to sleep. Hoping to have a longer sleep cycle. In this time period we are in ( the year of 2020, not sure what else it will happen in America) we need to have our body sleep, and awaken our spirit up to whats really going on in the spirit. This music is is relaxing my mind and giving it to Jesus. Everything is in his hands.

Great video! I’m in my early 20s and have been looking for a place to move ever since I graduated college and after a lot of prayer and patience I was just given the best opportunity from some great friends at church just last night. 😟 tired of fighting, tired of not being happy, tired of depression and anxiety. I just want to rest and be at peace but I can’t find it. I’m not asking for anything out of this world. At times God uses us in a situation just to see where your faith is at in him during this covid19 I have been having so much of anxiety and depression thinking my husband would be a support individual but instead I feel like I'm sleeping with the enemy because he always arguing and try to find flaws on me and his stepchildren it's crazy because my children don't get along with him and he doesn't seem to get along with my children I instill in my children to always respect there elders and that they do give I'm a woman of God trusting in him and not leaning on my own understanding sometimes when trials hit me hard I call on God for his strenght and it feels at times his presence not there but I keep my faith in him all times.

Sometimes I get caught up in the world without recognizing God in my days and God always stops me and tells me to come back to him and that he wants me to spend more time with him but I always come back into place where the lord wants me and it’s only because of Gods grace I love him so much he’s the best may the lord Renew me and make me new so that I could hear my fathers voice

Let me just share this one. Actually, the last time I was enjoying myself and having fun. No worries and fear because I felt free with God. That time I had no fear because I know that He's with me. Then so I slept, with a happy heart. I woke up today, again with a happy heart and I was so excited to do much things today. Not until I saw something, then I felt no energy at all. Just like that, I felt tired again. I felt like no one is beside me. To think, I am also helping myself to move on and have a new beginning. I said, "No, I don't want to recall all of the problems because that happened in the past. I am healed already." So, I made myself busy for the things that I know that will benefit me. But now, I am again distracted. Out of focus, hard to compensate. I'm tired, once again. I hate this feeling already. I want a genuine happiness and a peace of mind. Just like what I had before. But I want to have it with God as always. With Him beside me. I also feel like He's not with me again. I want to rest with Him, I just want that.
