The best part of that Psalm might actually be, imo, that David wrote that while Saul was going after him with the intent to kill him. Like, David is obviously shook by that, and full of anxiety because of it, but in the end he says that verse. That shows a whole lot of trust, but also that God gave him peace there, to be able to sleep.

I woke up this morning and thoughts of worry and anxiety came into my head because I've got three big assignments due in the next few weeks and I still haven't done everything that must be done in preparation because I've been so busy 🤦🏾‍♀️ This verse was like my "go to" verse during my first and second year of university, and I'm grateful that you've brought it back to my memory! Love this. Been having issues of sleeping, awake at night, sleeping in the day. Only 3 hours at a time. This is calming JESUS music, and many i know. Helps in calming my soul to relaxation so i can drift off to sleep. Hoping to have a longer sleep cycle. In this time period we are in ( the year of 2020, not sure what else it will happen in America) we need to have our body sleep, and awaken our spirit up to whats really going on in the spirit. Great video! I’m in my early 20s and have been looking for a place to move ever since I graduated college and after a lot of prayer and patience I was just given the best opportunity from some great friends at church just last night. At times God uses us in a situation just to see where your faith is at in him during this covid19 I have been having so much of anxiety and depression thinking my husband would be a support individual but instead I feel like I'm sleeping with the enemy because he always arguing and try to find flaws on me and his stepchildren it's crazy because my children don't get along with him and he doesn't seem to get along with my children I instill in my children to always respect there elders and that they do give I'm a woman of God trusting in him and not leaning on my own understanding sometimes when trials hit me hard I call on God for his strenght and it feels at times his presence not there but I keep my faith in him all times.

😟 tired of fighting, tired of not being happy, tired of depression and anxiety. I just want to rest and be at peace but I can’t find it. I’m not asking for anything out of this world. I just want to feel ok and I can’t find it no matter how hard I try. 7 years of fighting this and I feel like the fight in me is running low. I grow weary and restless as the days go by. I close my eyes and hope for a miracle till then I wish everybody here good health and more than anything great communion with our lord and savior.

I have anxiety and PTSD and the only thing that helps me is my relationship with Jesus and He helps me not to give up but know that he's got people out there like you Christopher that I can help. Don't give up!! I encourage you to keep listening to these videos they help me stay calm and also I rayer and reading Bible.
