hello everyone sorry for the late reply i had downloaded the audio and i used it. it has been six months. along with the audio, which i was inconsistent about, but heard like twice or thrice a week and also did yoga stretches and Surya namaskar, my height is now 5'10 and it is still growing. it can be slow because i spend most of the day sitting(i sit like 14-16 hours a day). so yea. you guys have your answer.

Shru k 5 min mujhe hasi aari thi ...k koi mujhe hypnotised kr rha ...fr maine isko as a affirmation sunna shru kiya toh meri smile band hui or me dhayan laga paya...or tab bhi meko room ka fan or machar mu pe baith rha ye sab samaj aara tha..iska mtlb me deep hypnosis me itna easy toh nahi jane wala .....5-6 din lagega meko.
