@@Avi.P A JDM EJ205 in an 05 WRX. I changed the engine mgmt to open source which will give me full access to the ECU. Otherwise, It’s smoking and leaking and not running right and the turbo might be bad. But I’m picking off issues one by one. I’ve been shopping JZX100s to import into the US so I searched “2JZ Daily driver” and KZbin served me up one of your videos. I like the troubleshooting because it’s real life. ☺️

That’s cool, saves you so much money with an unlocked ecu, just keep chipping away at it man you’ll get there, the feeling is almost euphoric to be honest. I’m glad you decided to stay my guy appreciate it, oh man definitely it never goes the way you want it to but it’s always a learning curve!

Man I would have jb welded a nut underneath and used a longer bolt instead of messing around with stripped threads

That wouldn’t work, the coil packs would have been raised with a nut underneath and it wouldn’t contact that top of the spark plugs :/
