I always strongly feel Chungsi has a deep underlying subconscious ‘mother wound’ (usually developed due to some trauma in young childhood or even during fetus stage/past birth). He is not outrightly disrespectful or obstructive or anything like that but there’s an energy that can only be sensed- of passive resistance/bitterness/resentment towards his mom completely different from his worship of his father. He is almost always very negatively biased & critical towards his mom & while that is passed off as a joke, it’s not. To me it stands out clearly as indicating need for inner healing work by both (such as inner child work or hypnotherapy) to clear deep rooted blockages & restore greater true understanding in their bond. It’s more like a karmic bond right now. Also, just to make it clear, this comment is not intended to be a hate comment. I think you guys are a beautiful, strong, & positive vibed family. Anxiety is partly genetic and partly temperamental / learned behavior. I recommend looking into finding a therapist who does CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). Challenge each negative thought with one logical/ historical evidence/ positive thought. Look up "square breathing technique" or diaphragmatic breathing.

I started taking Evening Primrose oil, vitamin E and Omega 3 fatty acids for the past 1 month. And it seems like all my pre menopausal and peri menopausal symptoms , aches and pains , fatigue , lethargy , mood swings ….all are sorted and resolved. May be you can try , if it’s allowed . But trust me , it worked like magic for me . Pls note - this is for women between 45 and 55 only ( I am not sure of others ) Many may want to differ on this , but I’m speaking from my experience only.

It’s so true even my elder one says the same thing to me why do u feel anxiety. It’s fine kids don’t understand make them understand that after an age a women’s body goes through a lot of hormonal changes it’s fine. Even my sons love my hubby it’s perfect don’t worry . I’m so happy the way chungsi described his father. He will say he loves his father more but trust me when he will go to university for further studies he will miss u the most. Chungsi is so cute .
