@DextersWorld I think adding a few aquariums in the boathouse will make it attractive. Having some beautiful guppies and other attractive live bearers will lead to impulsive buying and introduce some to a new hobby and future customers for the pet shop.

Gd day Mr Dexter. I had a big duck farm an I sold all. U will not feel bad because it's business. Chicken is better bcas they can't eat your fish. I supply 1000 chickens per month to my customers. Using the same space I had the ducks

Perhaps you can reduce the duck population instead of totally eliminating them. Harvest the older adults as the new generation matures and even consume and/or sell eggs and ducklings. The ducks are a good food source that just needs to be closely managed. Best of luck with whatever decision you make.

I have muskovy ducks and pekin ducks and they both have never touch our fish, in fact the fish follow the ducks when they are swimming.

Small fish are natural prey for ducks. They will not all be eaten if the pond is large enough, but some will be, especially at feeding time. One way to lessen that is to build floating feeding cages where fish is fed and ducks not able to enter.

Just build a duck coop just like what you did in your old farm.

The duck population needs to be reduced. Their present numbers may be too many for the volume of food given. So they are hunting the fish. Harvest a percentage of both eggs and adult ducks regularly. And even sell ducklings. It would be a shame to do away with such a valuable food source. May your decision be the best choice 😉👍🏻
