Is S&R same as Costco? S&R Membership Shopping is a lot like Costco or Sam's Club in the States (and other worldwide locations). In fact, Costco is a part owner of S&R. S&R has been in Manila for years already. They also have a store in Cebu and in Pampanga.Dec 14, 2018
