Getting his details is important because let's say people see this video and respond negatively. Let's say it causes the police some embarrassment. By having his details they can then retaliate against him in any number of ways. For example, they can put a flag on his name such that the next time he encounters the police they will just go hands on and rough him up and then accuse him of resisting, assaulting a police officer and a variety of other felonies. Or they could just scour his social media and select a post or re-tweet and claim it is hate-speech and demand he present himself for an interview or face arrest. She's right. THEY HAVE POWERS. Why are the police so stupid, why are they getting involved and telling you you cant use a toilet. These officers have just come out to protect the feelings of one manager whrn they should be telling him no laws are being broken and its an offence to call an emergency line for know reason, but instead she threatens arrest because you wont cooperate, absolute joke of an officer. Coming back to say if you do a legal activity it will be escalated is ridiculous. I hope she sees this video and gets educated.

The WPC had NO right to demand your details - as you had done nothing wrong! Concordia do not own the air space and there were no flight restrictions regarding the drone - so well done for not letting them all dictate to you what you should do or not do! I would have gone a little bit further and asserted that a private company or individual has no rights to determine what lawful activities I do and that if they think there's going to be a breach of the peace they need to speak to the person they believe might cause that and formally caution THEM.
