And she showed how much she " appreciated " it by not even showing up for the formal sentencing and complete her grossly shortened jail time after the Judge gave her time out of custody to accommodate the care for her pet(s) and arrange her efforts of securing care of her personal property. The Judge had the opportunity to remove any part(s) of his intended favorable rulings as punishment for her contempable behavior but he didn't. I have been through the system originally charged with a Felony, dropped to a misdemeanor took some courses through the judicial system and now it's off my record. As an adult, and has also gotten me sober and away from bad behavior's for years now. The judicial system can and SHOULD be about growth into better behavior's. Sometimes it takes a couple knocks to the head before someones head is straight before WE, just other regular human beings no matter who you are unless you are Jesus Christ himself, make a judgement that will affect the persons life FOREVER. As other human beings on this planet, it is our DUTY to sacrifice our comfort for others in order to live better as a society. Does that happen, no. But that's why we are growing towards a dystopia instead of a utopia. There are more programs then I have digits for individuals who are going through the system but are not stuck in jail that will help them utilize there time outside of the system. The judicial system is a guide for a better life if you aren't too stubborn and proud.

Sad thing is, if she continues this path, she will be dead soon.......and it will not be nice.......but again, there is nothing we can realisticly do about it, unless she comes herself to the realization of how sh*tty her life is, and how bad she needs to get out of d*gs..... "Dummy" is the correct depiction of her behaviour. Fact is, if she was high when the police tried to arrest her, she probaly even thougth it was good idea to keep the door closed and her face turned away ("they can`t arrest me if I don`t see them,"). I don’t understand why Judge Middleton feels the defendants are more deserving than the victims or society of his compassion. Why bother with bench warrants?? He might as well just go ahead and throw them some money for drugs or move them into his home. No justice for the community. Thanks for nothing🤬

The Judge is an angel. Probably too lenient. Sadly some Defendant can’t seem to make good decisions.

Great vid OSG! I can't believe there are people in world who can live like this dodging one charge after another until they pile so high you can call it a mountain🙄 He should have given her the thousand days as a reminder to never bite the hand throwing you a life preserver.

All she got was 5 DAYS?? What this country needs are better judges that take criminal activity as seriously as the victims that suffer from the crimes. Because she is fully aware that she can pretty much get away with anything with a tiny slap on the wrist she will continue just as she has in the past.

I'm beyond done with Judge Middleton. He is too damn soft, and then he wonders why he sees the same people doing the same crimes. It's because they don't fear the consequences, and why would they? Does he think him being mad at them means anything to them? It's disgraceful.

Why have defined laws with specific consequences for breaking them if they just change the charges in a plea deal. If there is lack of evidence to guarantee conviction then they need to rule the dice and try to prove the case like they are taught in school.

I can’t even watch this total nonsense. Why have I bothered to work my whole life, take care of my family and pets when I could have just been a scofflaw and gotten away with it?
