Thank for sharing this approximately how much amla powder would you use also I would try mixing it with fenugreek.

Yes you can mix both for hair spray, 1 cup of water, 1tbp of amla, 1tbp of fenugreek seeds or powder mix and keep for six hours , fillter into yr spray bottle, spray on the hair and massage, use it 3 times a week 😊
