Love this Jade2 been watching you from LipstiscknCurls days. I recently turned 30-years old this year, and didn;t come into my 30's the way I expected but I know, that this one eyar doesn't define the chapter of my 30s. I love that you are talking about slowing down. Lately, in genereal over this summer nad year, i live with my grandmother, and we are alwaysrushing. I literally hate rushing going places. I experienced this with my mom and stepdad, grandmother when we go places etc and its just too much on the nervous system. It hightens my axiety for sure. I agree with you, about sliow morning It's a little hard for me, with my new job I just srated as I get up at 4:30am, to start getting ready for work on the weekdays. Learnign to use my weekends wisely. as well as when I get off from work. I am super proud of the Woman you are, and becoming.
