I also wake up at 5 am, Monday - Friday, because I have to go to work at 6:30 am and start work at 8. It turns out that waking up early at dawn raises enthusiasm for activities at dawn. Be more productive, energetic and have stamina to start the day. Even though I'm tired, I'm used to waking up at that time, Grace. You are very active, diligent and painstaking in exercising to collect sweat which makes your body healthy and fit.

There's a movement called the 5am Club. Start the day with water, getting dressed, having breakfast, exercising and some mindfulness activity like journalling and maybe catching up on world news. There seems to be an order for it and it's for health benefits so starting the day calm and focused not rushing or starting work earlier ..you work when you would have. I think you add vitamins and drink decaf coffee. Waking up with the sun brings serotonin and other mood and energy lifting benifits

I woke up at 6am today...which I do Monday to Friday but I need to get to the gym for a class that's now on Saturday morning. I admit it was a struggle but once I was done, showered, dressed and fed by 9am there was a level of satisfaction having the rest of the day ahead of me

I must say that this challenge is ALOT easier when you HAVE to get up at 5am... I've gotten up at 5 or even earlier for horse comps, and it was a breeze cuz I was constantly doing smth, so when I gave myself the benefit of the doubt and decided to do it for the sake of having a healthier lifestyle I failed miserably. 😂
