I like how he has the song titled "I Won't Give Up On You" here, but the released version is "Don't Give Up On Me". I have struggled with being completely invested in a gal and always fighting the lie that "she's just going to leave me so what's the point?". It's like me telling her, I won't give up on you, followed by please don't give up on ME... Thanks for listening to my over analyzation of the song names.

I’m a metal head by heart but there’s no denying the fact that when a song has such powerful emotion that you feel it in every nerve. Every bone. Every organ of your body. And Zach. Every single song you write is that exact feeling. I love your music brother. Definitely have us New Yorkers attention 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻💜💜💜
@onemaddad38233 жыл бұрын
Same here! I’m a “Hardcore” kid at heart, and I relate so much to his music. But I think that’s why we gravitated so much towards metal and hardcore music. It’s real, genuine, and created from the pain and suffering of experiences. Zack writes genuinely, and you can feel things he’s suffered through in his words. I think that’s why so many people relate. Those of us that do relate, I’d bet are people who feel deeply, and have trauma’s in our lives.

Lyrics (as I hear them): I like the way your face looks when your smiling like a vandal Waking up warm with you in a room that's too cold for us to handle And in this shack I'm living in you don't mind sleeping in and eating food left over from last night and though I know you love me babe and for me you will crawl and scratch and fight So we'll go out on Saturday and ride the bronco through the bay sit and drink cerveza by the shore and you'll tell me you want me girl even if I'm wrecked, lonely, and poor So don't give up on me and you don't care where I'm buying your ring Girls today will drink all day and fall in love with any boy they see Your a sight of utmost beauty utmost strength and utmost loyalty So I'll sit here and drink all night and talk about the lords delight in you If my momma could see you laugh I know that she would see the shine in you and she'd say thanks for taking care of a baby boy 'cuz she can't be there and hug you 'til your little lungs turn blue Oh I won't give up On you No I won't give up on you No I won't give up on you *Huge fan and a brother in Arms!
