I will always say this, if you turn any player into a winger, and then train them to become a winger from the opposite side, they easily grow ~6-8 per year. It would make the job much easier

Tip: When putting on a development schedule, just look how many weeks it takes them to turn into their next rating up. Then go for the shortest amount of weeks which leads to the quickest development

Day 20 asking Jarrad to rebuild Racing (pronounced Rah-thing) Santander. They qualified for the 2008-09 UEFA Cup and got drawn in the same group as PSG (they got a 2-2 draw) and Manchester City (they beat them here in Santander 3-1) and got grouped by a goal (+2 for PSG, +1 for Racing). In 2012, they got relegated to the Second Division and have been alternating between the 3rd and the 2nd Division without any options of returning to LaLiga. They're currently sitting 10th in Segunda División, 4 points away from the Play-off to LaLiga. It would be incredible if you made them win the UCL. Thanks Jarrad, amazing vid as always! It almost looked like a Drogheda United rebuild, it was a strange and awesome video at the same time! You should definitely try again somewhere in the near future.
