I use the Xbox elite 2 core, and i bought the back paddles. the total (both were new) can to 160$, 10 for trigger and 150 for the controller, and it works great. if you just want the back paddle, buy the two things.

ive played claw on a ps4 and ps5 controller and one thing i learned is that the controller doesnt matter i can play double claw on xbox, switch, and PlayStation but thr only thing that really matters is muscle memory and the position of your hands what i did was i put my hand right above my controller not facing each other and put them in different positions to see which one was most comfortable for me

so hydro the ps5 controller trigger is stopping not bc its broken but because its a resell meaning it was owned before and the person before you played racing games or sumin but thats to emulate brakes/acceleration pedals so he had the right trigger most likely as his brake so it was a tougher press it may also be a defaulted setting my dad had the same problem on his ps5 bc it defaulted to half stop triggerthe more you know it was so much broken more of a default controller setting
