I have two pairs so I have a replacement pair in case anything happens. They don’t get out much but I wear them on special occasions and they’re still stupid clean. I’m not a sneaker-head (more of a watch guy) but I do my best to take care of them. Definitely my favorite sneaker I’ve owned for its simplicity and longevity.

Depends how you take care of them if you clean them at least once a week as a routine and you use crease protectors and use a shoe tree to keep that shape then you should be fine after a year

I bought a pair in Aug 2023 and I wear them sometimes 2-4 times a week or sometimes 2-3 times in two weeks. It just depends on what's going on in my life and how often I dress up, when I'm not wearing them I stuff them with some kind of clothes to help them keep shape, I also just use basic laundry detergent (like gain or any oxy powder) to keep them clean, and it works well. I'd say I've put my shoes thru alot in the time I've had them and I've kept them in pretty good condition. I mean they still creased it's gonna happen and there's no way around it. But overall I agree this is an amazing sneaker especially if you have more than 2 pairs of shoes in your rotation. I wear slides 75% of the time so those get most of the beating and I consider these more as dress shoes, but I still play basketball in them just cause they feel great on the court.

It's a great looking shoe, moderately comfortable, fast walking, but a little to narrow. I wore my white AF 1 almost everyday for 6-8 months and they got trashed but I'm on the streets constantly walking all day. Now The Green AF1 Canvas Mesh is way more durable and obviously stays a lot more clean. The bottom of them are wearing out slowly but surely but not to quick. The green pair is way more functional but the white pair obviously looks better, cleaner, Classy.

roc a fellas af1 from 2017 are my favorite white on white af1. i stopped buying regular white af1s once i got them because the leather quality is insane on them and its the og shape. creases on them are not nearly as bad like a regular pair of white on whites. when it comes to af1 quality nike has not topped that shoe till this day. i bought 4 pairs from that release and just "retired" my first pair and i got 3 more ds pairs to go.

Man, I just cannot buy and wear an AF1 in all white everywhere, I don’t really like my midsole to be white but that’s unavoidable but I refuse to buy any shoes with white soles. Definitely Adidas Samba are much more uncomfortable than the AF 1, I've had various Adidas indoor shoes and now have my first pair of Nike AF 1. It's heaven compared to the Adidas indoor shoes. So comfortable. I bought second hand as I don't like the bright white. What I really like are the creases, they give the shoe a lot of character.

I wore only AF1s for years literally 15 years or more till I grew older and became a sneaker head now I only wear Jordan’s, dunks, blazer, and a few other but will never put on AF1 again. For some reason I can’t stand AF1 anymore. I like some colors that release but I can’t buy them for myself. Idk I guess I played them out. Plus wearing something 20 other people will have on that same night is not something I enjoy doing lol. It’s one of the reasons I spend a shit ton of money on exclusive releases. No one will be wearing off white Jordan 1s cause they won’t drop that type of bread but I do it so that Im not wearing the same shoes as everyone else. Nike quality control is weak. The Pegasus 41's get holes in either the sole or the toe within 3 months. My Adidas Terrex Hiker 2 look almost brand new after a year. I'll probably get two years out of the Terrex Hiker 2 before seeing any holes. My wife has 5 year Adidas sneakers that show minimal wear.
