Seriously. I've worked in nursing homes before, and honestly? Demons would be easier than some of the people. If you warned me up front that I was going to see some paranormal stuff, and to just not show fear, I'd be okay with that. Also, Elana's chart should have had a warning. Dude's a wuss, because isn't better to see no reflection than the face she finally showed him? I get freaked out when my 8 yr old daughter messes with me and does that animal/spider crawl-run thing thru the house.....ain't no way in Hades, am I about to do anything to make Elena bust out that move)and as long as she's not shaking or pulling away, then that shows she wasn't in distress? It's rationality vs instincts. Or knowing all facts you can possibly know vs. emotions. We are ~ 80 % non rational if it comes to certain situations, according to a psychiatrist I spoke to . Why is it so hard to overcome phobias, addiction, stop manchmal or depressive episodes, even if you experienced it XXX times before? Or talk to your parents and get hit with the same "silent treatment", or a phrase that upsets you, knowing they will NEVER ever change, you have to. It's difficult if it's only one parent that responds with: "I know, I am the one that is always in the wrong, I am always at fault!" Slamming doors and pouting like a 3 y.o at 80 ! - yes you ARE in this case. Or telling a 5 y o she will d** of a heart attack because of you. That's just wrong. But you are supposed to apologise. And 5 hours later, you will get screamed at for always apologising for putting a cup in the wrong cabinet. I had that blessing to visit 2 days ago. Today I slept the whole afternoon and evening. Like I was exhausted from something , don't know what it could be. But telling your mother she will ki** the cat if she keeps overfeeding him is a loosing game. If she doesn't change, I won't drive out to get the poor thing euthanised, because of kidney or liver failure, I swear. And no way they can lift a 7 kg/ 15 lbs cat. Sorry for boiling over.

Years ago, I worked with a patient that had severe dementia due to alzheimers. She was completely dependent and couldn't speak except for "take to me room". You can ask her anything and she would only reply with "take me to my room" even when we are already in her room. I picked up a noc shift one time and when it was her turn for me to give meds to, I went inside her room but this time she didn't say anything and had a worried or even frightened look on her face. As I tried giving her the medications she suddenly said "they're mad, you know" aas she looked over my shoulder. A chill went down my spine with an intensity that I had never felt before. I asked if they are here right now and she nodded her head. I didn't have the courage to look behind me at the direction she was staring at. I don't know how I summed up enough courage to finish giving her medications and making sure she was comfy, but as was walking out the room while avoiding looking at that location of the room. By the time I reached the door inqas practically running. Everytime I had to go in that room that night, I took a cna with me.

I've always adored LH, and I wish I could afford to be a patron but having a Special Needs child, everything goes to and for him, because it seems as if the patrons get all the recognition/appreciation, but it was also us subscribers that been around since the channel started as well? Before, everybody who subbed was thanked but now only the patrons(I get that money helps and is important)are recognized? I'm not "angry" or "upset" and ppl should be allowed to express their feelings without others jumping on them, turning it into a huge mess and the person's verbally attacked and tag-teamed by a bunch of ppl who chose negativity first? Tbh, it's just disappointing because I'm noticing that all the channels I'm subbed to, only thank their patrons when they used to thank everybody? I hope someone understands where I'm coming from because I don't purposely act out of negative emotions, especially, here on social media where, unless ur on Live, nobody can see ur facial expressions.....albeit, some ppl will see u don't mean any harm but still act an ignorant fool towards u? Someone had commented that it's a tactic channels use to make the subs who aren't sending in money, feel left out so they'll become a patron? I don't believe Stephen(LH)would do that, because his content is so awesome and he seems too much of a sweet gentleman to be like that? I adore this channel and it's one of my few top favorites.Ijs.

Amazing story, as always. I'm glad he was smart enough to pick up his sack, finally listen to what the other nurse said, & went back- mentally noting NOT to show em fear!👏 Interesting to where places such as that do actually exist.. Can't wait for your next vid, & ya have a great night Stephen. As always, much love from Chi.❤️‍🩹

I just found this channel today... tonight... well, it's the wee hours of the morning. You decide if it's day or night. The first video I clicked was called "I Asked My Grandmother What Her Scariest Story Was". I found it a little anti-climactic and abrupt, but that is not to say it was bad. I guess I just expected more. So I clicked another - this video - the thumbnail image got my attention, as did the title. MUCH better! The mix of stills and animated images, many creepy and eerie, with a few absolutely terrifying, combined with the story itself, nicely narrated with just the right amount of dramatic effect and voice characterization without being too much or too little. Very Well done. This is exactly what I was looking for in a late-night sitting at home alone in my dark apartment spooky tale. I am confident there will be more goodies like this.

@1ronw1II78 That'd be the devil's, I believe. In the Bible, it is stated that Angels that fell became devils. Demons have.. a history when it comes to actual explanation of where they come from. My best guess is from humans who have been corrupted at soul during eternal damnation. I've also seen in the Book of Enoch that it's the evil spirits of Giants, cursed by God to forever wander the Earth, but The Book of Enoch isn't biblical canon.

My bf gave me this bob, well basically (angle a bit sharper coz shorter at back but I was in my early 20s) but I was actually wondering if I should do again (now almost 39) but then I saw ur vid which has inspired me so thx. I did have someone else try give me the cut bout 5yrs ago but I didn't like it. Though she didn't do it nearly as well. But your styling tips r really great. I'm terrible wen it comes to doing well anything to my hair other than air dry but ur tips were easy enough 4 me to be able to do so thanks. As for the comment on the end. That guy sounds like a tool. You helping with styling tips ect is not going to stop people from going to the salon. I think if more people felt confident that they could get their hair to look close 2 how it looks wen u leave a salon maybe more would get their hair done in the first place. Not the other was round. Plus u can find out almost anything these days anyway, by u being open and sharing these nuggets of wisdom, i think ur a lot more likely to entice people to come see you either in person or in a video coz people trust u more than others and Trust is good thing.
