dark chocolate: 200 g (7.1 oz)
whipping cream: 80 ml (2.7 fl oz)
Nutella: 100 g (3.5 oz)

I find it uneasy to watch while not every ingredient or mixture was not scraped well and fully used. It is any one's option, but watching how some were left in the bowls they were mixed in makes me feel uneasy, more so when there's rubber spatulas that can scrape clean and add all of it to the process.

While agree with you about the time in the title and actual time, why do you watch an obviously sweet and calorific recipe, then complain about it ? It's not intended for the entire dessert to be eaten as one meal. Also, it's your own responsibility to choose to eat what you like. No one is forcing you to eat it.
