i was listening to Mr Obed Baloyi when may uncle say's he was there when he act at Shigwendzi College back in the days i didn't believe until today. To tell you the truth we thank you for recognizing him he fought for us. I wish one day i met him and ask him a lot of when he was travelling around Malamulele,Tzaneen (ka Mbako) Kowakowa...ect. listening to Obed Baloyi's journey reminds me of a similar story of the legendary Joe Mafela's story..he died not having played a Tshivenda Role on TV.. For so many years my parents would tell me he is Muvenda man from Duthuni Village but he never spoke single Tshivenda word. I suppose he was so oppressed to act and accept TV roles in other languages. Minorities has suffered the most in this rainbow nation. We really thank Obed Baloyi as pioneer for giving his all you and believing in pushing boundaries for recognition of his language. Thanks Fumani.. Sound quality much improved in this episode. 👌🏿👌🏿
