I bet that’s why they eventually stopped using it? Too easy to mix up with Swooper or Sheriff, and too hard to catch anyone red-handed doing a poisoning (Swooper at least can get screwed by Bait/running out their timer near someone)

Well the reason for that is Chilled doesn't really like the role and most of these are from his lobbies or lobbies he's invited too Like Junk's & Alfredo's, if you want to watch it in action Kara's & Himi's lobbies have them, Side & Speedy get invited quite often so watching their video gives you a chance to see it or watching their streams.

@@PineappleLiar it's an imposter version of Arso so if that where the case that would also be out as well. Edit: I forgot Arso has a longer cool down, doesn't auto kill the target after a bit if time or when a meeting is called, and can be used more frequently but it can still be thwarted by Vet, Shields, Altruist, Timelords, & Bait.

@@bakaboiirl2955 yeah it seems to me like Poisoner and Swooper just have a bit too much overlap in their main use case, that being moving into a large group of people then killing one to incite mass chaos. The issue is just that during the meeting the clears for one cancel out the clears for the other; if it’s a Swooper, then everyone near the person is cleared, and if it’s a Poisoner everyone near the body is instead a suspect. So barring any other information no real progress can be made ID-ing the killer until you know for certain which of the two it is (and realistically that may never happen). So if just one is gonna be in the game, then yeah I think it’s balanced, but with both it’s a problem. If I had to make any changes to use both together I’d probably make it so the poisoned player knew for a second or two before death that they were poisoned. That would encourage smarter poisoning play (poison on stacks, poison the victim far from anyone who can hear, etc), and also make it very clear to anyone playing that, hey, this is a poisoner, not a swooper in that case I stated earlier.

@@PineappleLiar well poisoner works on a timer so I don't really agree with it not being a viable option while using Swooper & Arso, there are many ways to catch a Poisoner its just The lobbies Chilled plays in doesn't/haven't played with it enough to get used to it, Ex? Any of the roles that can bring you back, if the victim while still on the timer walks away from the group you'll know you have either a swooper or Poisoner and if you see someone walking over people you can distinguish they are a role that need to touch like Arso, Morph, Poison, or Detect then you narrow it down from there, The sheilds & Baits work the same way, so does Detective or feet sniffer Mcgee. what alot of people like to do with Poisoner is that they drive by poison or just simply join a group poison then leave which Invest would be a bit more useful since they can see who's feet ran by a body if it was a drive by & who's feet left the group. I watch alot of different among us lobbies the most chaotic being the Himicane & Vanoss Crew lobbies which allow Nuetral shooting & poisoner so I've seen it played well enough plus Chilled use to love Bming with Time Lord (which is an OP role) like Medium as well both are hard to figure out who the person is without them giving hints, both have a 100% chance of catching an imposter if the crew in question actually helps out & both are unlikely by alot of players lol I think Town of US does a great job balancing and counter balancing roles while also having a bunch of nob fun roles and if he ever decides to use Poisoner in his lobbies again he would probably bring back Time Lord as well. I honestly think the reason (which I'm sure he said before) is that he just doesn't like the way it doesn't give you control to poison then kill, during the Harry Potter phase he didn't like being Beatrix? Beatrix? Beatbox? Becasue you have to curse someone then kill with them where as Voldy just let you killed off rip but speaking of the other mods there was a Witch role with showed a red sigil or something similar to indicate the player was cursed and if you failed to vote the Witch out that player would die, I think if you really believe that it's hard to distinguish between Poisoner and other killing roles then having like an indicator in the meeting when a player has been poisoned like the face shield being Green or just a mark. Poisoner basically is just Vampire tbh but in Town of Us.

Yeah I've been noticing these are older clips latley for Among Us & First Class and felt like I've seen them before and it's becasue they are lmao, I know chilled is on a bit of a vacation so I'm suprised it took me this long to realize this but these are old from when I used to catch the streams (I watch on mobile and it's a way worse experience now than 6-7 months ago) but I noticed off rip with the outfits people where wearing like Side not being Naurto or Rayquaza, Jermey Missing his demented half, Fooya not being Pepper, Courtill not being furry or having the day of the dead mask, Kat missing her cats, and Knovis not being Knivis yet lmao. Also the version they are on is 3.4.something now and this is all the way around 2.6.4 which is what I just noticed in this video which fully confirmed my suspicions. Great to watch these again I forgot about some of these bits/fun moments and it was great to see again😁😁😁

He has the same pitch as Mickey, but the tonality of Herbert. Play his Falsetto side-by-side with original Mickey and Herbert. Mickey has the higher pitched voice, but his tonality is mellow and solid. Herbert has a deeper calmer voice, but he has a wavy and fluctuating tone that changes each note. It really depends if you view pitch or tone as more alike I guess.

The whole lovers left with one baddy doesn't really make sense to me, if there are one good person 2 lovers and baddy and they vote the good role out shouldn't the bad person just automatically win if the 2 lovers are good roles. At least the way see it is since they cant kill and the bad person only needs to kill one more as if there wasn't lovers at play. Giving it to the lovers with 1 bad role left has always seemed wrong to me. Seems like its too easy for them if they make it to the last 4 alive. XD

new role idea. completionest, neutral, they can shoot anyone at any time. if they shoot someone who has more tasks done then them, they die instead, if they attempt to shoot someone not on crewmates side, their kill cooldown is locked untill they complete another task, if they complete all of their tasks, they get the abbility to kill non crewmates, they also gain everyone elses tasks, if they complete someone else's task, they kill that crewmate. they win if all crewmates are dead.
