Spearfishing for Yellowtail Kingfish is always fun. Cape Town, South Africa producing the goods once again.
We headed out early in the morning to spearfish for Yellowtail Kingfish. The surface conditions were perfect, but the visibility was a different story. It was like spearing ghosts!

@wildinafrica I try to dry age just in my fridge on a wire rack but I don't know all the tricks to do it right
