So 2 things 1. If she is so dependent on burn items to carry her damage, what happens when those get nerfed as they probably will in like 3-4 patches later? 2. idk if you can say she's "broken" as a Support. 17/9/12 looks more like the actual botlane carry, with a support Ashe. If you were playing with a stronger ADC who couldn't off-role as a support (the way Ashe can), would Aurora still generate the required gold to create her build, fast enough, on a decreased gold budget like an average support?

... 2 is deranged and delusional, brand support doesn't become the adc, Syndra doesn't become the adc, camille doesn't become the adc because adc camille doesnt work as well as support camille, ADC isnt "who gets the most damage and kills", the support has a support item, the adc gets the extra gold from creep farm (NOT KILLS), ashe isn't "flexing into support" because ashe is still carrying with attack damage. If only there was a role for someone who carries with attack damage... maybe an ATTACK DAMAGE CARRY. Hmmmm, something to think about. Hey, ADC, what do you think about that? If a support has 8 kills and an adc has 8 assists and says "support is starving me and taking the adc role", does that mean that there is NO adc in the game when they both have 0 kills? Every time you dont get 8 kills you're not an adc, you're just rarely an adc at that point. NO! EVERY ASSIST YOU ARE GIVEN IS EXTRA GOLD THAT YOU WOULDNT HAVE GOTTEN YOU UNGRATEFUL SNIVELING ADC WHELP, NOW TAKE HEAL AND LEARN YOUR PLACE. JESUS FUCK YOU COULD GET 10 ASSISTS AND 1,500 GOLD AND CRY THAT YOU WANTED MORE.

i've been playing her non stop (and i had been doing theory crafting in pbt), and what i've figured out is: 1. she does work very well with burn items but because she has very good ap ratios, she can have just as much damage with burst items like luden's, shadowflame, etc 2. i main off meta supports and im gonna be honest, shes nowhere near broken on sup (i actually feel her best role is jgl), shes not the worst in it but if you wanna play her effectively as sup you need to be positioning properly and using her ult to its full potential, otherwise you'll just feed

Thoughts on Comet / Mana Flow, Celerity, Gathering or River with Dominations secondary into Sudden and either Eyeball or Movement? Her weakness early is the mana cost per spell I feel so Inspiration / Biscuits and Boots definitely helps early. Have you tried Glacial yet? Feel like there is respectable possibility there.

Neeko has hard CC and disrupts a lane super heavily, Vel'Koz has hard CC and true damage and can do wonders with a very cheap build Aurora has the softest of CCs, no utility beyond ult, expensive build, doesn't really shake up the lane enough to throw opponents off

@@erickschusterdeoliveira2662 what this guy said, supports that people would want are champions that can function while being the poorest of the team and have CC to disrupt fights to their team’s favor. There’s rarely a case of a support with not that much CC. i think Miss Fortune was something that was played as a support in the past but it’s more of a “burst everything down and lane harass with AP build” kind of support like Vel’koz but without the skill needed for geometry and no hard CC. Well, at least I like to build AP MF cause I really love the burn items and easy to land abilities. Anyway, I do think that to see if a champion is suited for support, you should see if they fit in the roles either tank, enchanter or whatever damage supports is called. Can they be a damage sponge? Can they provide huge buffs/debuffs/heals/shields? Can they provide lane harassment via damage/CC? Those kind of questions. While you could technically play any champion as support, it’s more of how effective and efficient that champion is in certain roles that people care about. Hence the whole “you’re a troll if you play X in Y role” thing, cause they think you’re using a champion that isn’t suited for that role and would ultimately bring the whole team down.

the other reason is that most players aren't mentally stable enough to understand that just because a champ isn't meta in a lane doesn't mean it can't work super well. They'll flame before even giving it a chance because they saw someone one time say it was a troll pick. Lillia for example, way better as a jungler but has potential to be a great support if you know how to land 5 man slumber parties, she has a slow and true dmg and self heal. We had an entire meta where people were playing kalista and jhin.
