Do people not read patch notes? They didn't actually reduce her damage in any meaningfull way. She got her lethality scaling removed on Q and reduced the crit from passive by 20%: that's all, as far as the AD builds are concerned. She's just a lot stronger as a healer than she was before. That doesn't mean she doesn't deal any damage, compared to if they took out like 2 base AD or something like that.

The item icon is a QoL change, it does nothing to water down the experience. In fact, if your opponents catch onto your backs, they can start to predict you, if they're paying attention to your itemization. Whoever things it "noobifies" the game is someone who's fondest memories were 2010 League.

I've been having a lot of success with BC into Blade, into Hullbreaker (haven't played it since the update, but I don't think those items specifically got hit too hard.) but I also play in lower ELO lobbies where late game is common, and being able to give that AOE buff to the minions for Siege is crazy good for her. it also gives her a whole flex slot in the end game so if you desperately need prots you can buy some, or if you can start carrying you can hit up an Infinity edge or something depending on how the game is going, but the game rarely lasts longer than just getting my Hullbreaker, the siege with mid/late game senna is just gross. it's also decent for coming back as it helps your waves fend off barron pushes by giving them extra armor.

Agree with some ult adjustments, instant shield is a cheese buff. Theoretically, a big part of the Ult skill expression is judging the timing choice of damage vs. shielding. E.g. "do I time this shot so damage is most likely to hit the target or do I time this shot so that the shield will definitely be useful," and finding the shot that is both is absolutely peak Senna. But letting the whole thing crit low-health targets is an interesting idea, based on crit chance. Slightly lower base damage and shielding in exchange for higher low-health target damage and shielding, which would also nudge it toward mid and late game. So less of a traditional execute and more of a kog'maw R style execute. Plus, that lets you buff along a direct stat line that she will always get but won't always be "useful" (e.g. AD or AP is more generally useful than crit)

I have an issue with the new lethal tempo for Senna: it scales with attack speed. And Senna doesn't have much of this. She sure can stack it somehow quickly thanks to the q-spell, but afterwards it is suboptimal. For attack speed you can just go hail of blades, for bonus damage: press the attack, you can even try to cook conqueror for long fights. But lethal tempo feels like a bit of waste of runestone.Old one was letting you get more attack speed and grant some extra range, which was helping to keep hitting targets who try to run away.

I used to build EoN as a first and then go for a Last Whisper item, which I can't do anymore if I build Cleaver. Do you think that can be viable again? About Guinsoo it's just that it gives you some AP to boost heals and it has an obvious great sinergy with Lethal Tempo. Anyway thanks!

Honestly? The item suggestions we got some time back was a "noobification". This, is not. It's a quality of life change: you still need to choose which item you're going for. You still need to have the gold and be in base to buy it. And, more importantly: improper use of this feature and back timings will make you not get the specific components that might have otherwise helped you best. Neither skill not decision making's affected in any way by the change.

It's always wild that when someone does bad in lane they blame everyone but themselves. You got camped in to lane? Unless they made a miracle play under tower, then you should have played better. Use wards, track the jungler, manage the wave, know how to defend under tower, etc
