Yes. But there is a drawback that I have noticed. When the charging is completed earbuds automatically turn on and connect to your smartphone if the Bluetooth is on. If they have no device to connect to then they automatically turn off saving battery.

i charged my earpods, but left says low battery when i keep it in case to charge and turn on then blue light appears ( as you said it mean it is charging) but after few seconds it automatically turn off and earpods are charged neither what to do?

Try doing that while the case is plugged in. It's most probably due to poor contact with the charging pins. Try holding it down with your finger and keeping constant pressure.
