Dear valson Tham u achan, what you said and disclosed is the reality. Since 1973 , 1 know you very well when we were in Delhi Malayalam congregation. You were very well against the so-called injustice being happening in our churches. Nowadays it has become unbearable for the members of congregations but bearable for the Diocese, committee members . Attitude of Heads to be changed,and I don't think it will happen. However Christ Church is clinging to Madha Kerala diocese based racial or caste evil. One thing I don't understand is why Valson Thampu sir joined Christ Church and continue as a member until you had some issues with the pastor and church committee? If you don't share their racial or whatever superior feeling, why you had joined there instead of one of the South Kerala Churches nearby? kindly explain.

The problem with your narration is you are ignorent about a crucial piece of history. About 35 years back the then bishop posted rev p i George a cousin of mine with a specific mandate. Get the Christ Church constitution abrogated. The Britishers had put in place a constition where the church of England then and CSI later can only lend services of a presbytor . Nothing more... So l had attended this general body meeting where even without the requisite votes the priest declared the resolution as passed. The committee filed case and for years the funds of the church stood frozen. Now also the committee can file civil case and the burden will be on the bishop to prove that the amount demanded is in accordance with the rules as applicable to all parishes under the diocese. And it is also irrelevant to raise matters like jurisdiction of the central diocese as everybody knows it's a caste issue while this is a cash issue. You should show more discernment when you analyse an issue which is the fundamental quality of any teacher.

In contrast, we have priests and bishops who give bogus admissions on the basis of fake certificates they themselves fabricate. K. I. Abraham is very comfortable with it. A priest in charge of Christ Church, Palayam, Rev. K. Y. Thomas, was party to fabricating a false certificate for a candidate to facilitate his bogus admission to Karakonam medical college, under the previous Moderator., Thomas K. Oommen. Does Abraham want me to entertain such characters? Ask any bishop, cabinet minister, or bureaucrat if I ever gave an appointment to anyone during the admission season. Christians like Abraham are unused to uncompromising integrity the like of which I practised amidst persecution unleashed on me by the CNI for the crime of wanting to be honest. Yes, I say again, I did not entertain the priest. I did not entertain bishops also. Had Abraham tried to meet me when admissions were in progress, he too would have met with the same treatment. I think Mr. Thampoo is rejected by the members of the CSI. When he was the principal , he was invited to the C SI conferences of North America few times. Because of his rebellious nature , I think people ignored him and due to that rejection he took a different approach against CSI. As far as I know Bishop Sabu Cherian, he is a bishop with principles and ethics. Above all he is an humble servant of Christ. No matter what Mr. Thampoo says Bishop will survive. When he is in such a position, he cannot make every one happy. Some times he has to take some tough decisions which may not be acceptable for people like Valsen. But he is a wonderful person and a caring Bishop.

I have seen the bishops with principles, of what? Money speaks louder and has more power than principles. Money overcomes the principles. All those who held those positions never had a clean slate.
